Racial
Reconciliation Ministry:
helps Christians cross the dividing walls of racism and
prejudice through monthly discussions at supper clubs and annual conferences.
S.E.E.D.S.'s Program:
in collaboration with Wake Technical Community College
- offering classes for adult learners in various skill developments which
includes GED Classes with free child care.
Women Together:
encourages personal and spiritual growth
for women of all ages using a fun, informative format.
FRIENDS
Reading Project:
provides
preschool children with reading opportunities given by volunteers.
Playing Together Preschool:provides a developmental preschool education for 3 and 4
year olds.
Summer Camp: encourages personal and spiritual growth for children
of all ages using a fun, informative format.
Community of Volunteers:Opportunity to share professional skills and talents. Official Community Service Site for Youth School required hours and Adult Court required hours.
Student Services:
After
School Academy :provides
after school care for children in grades k-5th. Included are:
homework & tutor labs, drama classes, drill team, reading labs,
and much more.
Mentorship Program: provides mentoring classes for children at participating local middle schools.
Summer Camp: encourages personal and spiritual growth for children
of all ages using a fun, informative format.
The
NeighborStore : provides quality pre-owned clothing
and household goods at affordable prices.
Pride for Parents Christmas Store
Offers new toys to parents of limited means at a reduced price during the
month of December
